“Come along Teepo.” Albireo
gazed back the sullen boy with a look of mock annoyance, tugging the newborn
vampire along with a leash wound around his neck. A hiss of pain escaped
the boy’s lips as he jerked forward, but his eyes retained a look of anger
and shame. The violet hared young man gazed at his surroundings, cringing
at the sight of the other vampires and humans alike staring at him, as
if he were a piece of meat. The pounding of the music emanated from the
club, as Albireo dragged Teepo with the leash through the line waiting
to go inside. The other vampires moved aside quickly gazing at the struggling
boy with a downcast look of longing.
Teepo turned away from them
with a shudder, knowing fully well what they would do if he were here without
his “escort.” He turned away from them even as Albireo wrapped an arm around
Teepo’s waist, with a knowing a smirk that told Teepo he knew exactly what
he was thinking. The boy glared at the ground refusing to meet the other
vampire’s eyes, as Albireo shoved a wad of money into the bouncer’s waiting
hand and practically dragged his companion inside.
Teepo winced as the music
blasted into his ears, it was some techno beat, designed for the bump and
grind dance that created this mass of chaos. People grinding their bodies
into whatever came into contact, their bodies flushed screams high pitched
with a sort of ecstasy. The boy shuddered, feeling his undead heart beating
fast in his chest; an incredible hunger could be felt so strong it overwhelmed
his senses.
A sharp tug quickly jerked
the boy back into reality as well as into Albireo’s waiting arms. A cruel
laugh passing from his lips as he led the angry vampire to the crowded
bar away from the tempting dance floor. Albireo sat on one stool and pulled
Teepo into his lap.
“I’d rather sit on the fucking
floor.” The young vampire hissed as he struggled futilely in Albireo’s
grip.
“Finally you speak. You
would make one think you couldn’t talk.” Albireo grinned as his hand stroked
the boy’s thigh. “Well except when you scream in pain when I spank you.
Actually those screams sound like pleas for more... aren’t they?” He asked
watching Teepo’s expression turn from sullen to dark with rage, those expressive
eyes glittering with anger.
“I love to see emotion in
those beautiful eyes.” Albireo murmured softly as he tilted the boy’s face
to his own. Teepo wanted to slap away the hand, to curse at him, instead
when he turned to look at Albireo found himself trapped in his powerful
gaze. Teepo felt drawn to them like a moth to a flame.
“A-albireo.” He whimpered,
as the other man’s mouth descended upon his in a soft kiss. Strangely Teepo’s
arms snaked around the blonde vampire’s neck, responding warmly to the
contact. The boy’s mind reeled not quite understanding why it felt so good
now, why it was pure bliss. Albireo purred with approval as his hands slid
under the boy’s shirt caressing the skin he came into contact with. Teepo’s
hands stroked the soft golden locks of Albireo’s hair, tangling his fingers
as he parted his lips to allow in the vampire’s questing tongue. Teepo’s
mind felt cloudy almost drunken with desire.
A sharp pain centered his
nipple seemed to bring the boy back from his haze, he gasped suddenly remembering
last night: Albireo had attached golden rings to his nipples and proceeded
to torment him painfully and pleasurably for his amusement. Hatred burned
through Teepo’s mind at the memory as realization struck him. This sudden
longing was unnatural and could have only been induced by the older vampire’s
mind tricks.
“You bastard!” Teepo screamed
angrily and a clenched fist slammed into Albireo’s face, throwing the vampire
away from him. Teepo leapt away and moved to run away but instead jerked
backward. He turned back to see blue eyes misted with rage.
*******
Teepo leaned against an alley
wall while wishing desperately to cry. Crying was human, a release of emotions
and in this case pain and shame. The dark clothing Teepo had worn inside
the club was torn and bloody, yet there were no marks upon the flesh. The
gold rings on the boy’s nipples were twisted unnaturally but they looked
as they were always twisted in that fashion. Pale hands dug themselves
into the wall drawing blood marring the perfect skin of the fingertips.
Teepo held them in front of his face watching the wounds close up in seconds.
The pain is gone, it will
always disappear in seconds until the day I finally die. So why…damn it!
Why can’t this pain leave me like the cuts on my fingers? Teepo thought
clutching at the wall shuddering as if he were sobbing.
The pain inside was like
a knife in his heart. Oddly his thoughts drifted back to when Albireo had
first struck back at him in the club. The blow had not surprised Teepo,
but the fact that it had sent him flying into a table had. Also the continuos
beating, the endless barrage of blows, and the ripping of his clothes and
flesh. Then there was an intense feeling of being ripped in half, broken
glass in his palms, and teeth piercing the flesh of his neck.
That all hurt, but still
it was temporary pain. Teepo thought wrapping slender arms around himself.
What hurt more was that I gave in. I wrapped my legs around his waist,
screaming like a wanton whore. He remembered the sound of screaming most
of all, his own screaming, Albireo’s howls of rage, and the crowd’s roar.
A roar of laughter, disgust, and shame had overcome those people.
Teepo feel to his knees
shuddering, his head bowed in shame as waves of violet shadowed his face.
A primal hunger taking over his thoughts momentarily. Goddess he practically
drained me of all the blood in my body. Teepo thought angrily.
Albireo’s final words to
Teepo as the vampire released him were: “Teepo dear I hope this lesson
taught you that you will always please me. Never fuck with me again.” Then
Teepo found himself running out of the club, desperate to escape the glaring
lights and the sound of His laughter. Not just Albireo’s piercing laughter,
he realized. Ladon himself must laugh at such a pitiful creature that Teepo
had become.
“If you’re not careful you’ll
be attacked boy, though I suppose you’ve all ready been through all the
physical pain you need tonight.” Teepo’s gaze snapped up to see a tall
figure carefully hidden in the shadows.
The despair on the young
man’s face was quickly replaced by cool irritation. Teepo stood up and
pulled what was left of his clothing tightly around his body. A low laugh
from the shrouded figure seemed to intensify the boy’s anger. Yet something
held him back, a sort of fear and uncertainty.
“Pride before the fall is
it then? Your problem I should think, is you’ve all ready fallen and so
what purpose is there to clutch those rags?” The tone was mocking and light
with a sharp undercurrent of bitterness.
“Just leave me the hell
alone.” Teepo snapped. “I’m in no mood to be fucked with…” The boy stopped
and stared as the shadow suddenly became identifiable. Green eyes stared
at him with cold curiosity, eyes framed by a porcelain colored face and
a shock of unruly blue hair. The man that stood before Teepo was unearthly
beautiful, perfect in a way that only a doll could be. His features were
flawless, resembling that of some perfect pretty boy from a movie. Unlike
them his features were unexpressive and cold. He wore all black, from his
boots to the trenchcoat hung around his bare shoulders.
Teepo gaped; this man was
beautiful in the same ageless way Albireo is. It frightened him and for
one wild moment he felt the urge to turn and run. However as the blue hared
man approached him, he crushed the urge willfully, refusing to be scared.
Then his scent filled his nostrils and Teepo felt uncertain once more.
He didn’t smell human or like a vampire, he was something entirely different.
“What are you?” Wide crimson
eyes gazed into cold green ones.
“A half-breed.” He replied
quietly, expression unreadable while the violet hared boy stared in confusion.
Teepo was about to voice another question the other man spoke first. “You’ve
been completely drained.” The blue hared man started almost shocked.
The comment seemed to snap
the slight beauty out of his reverie. “Yes how unfortunate for you.” Teepo
backed away from him with a glare.
Much to the young vampire’s
surprise, he chuckled softly with a undercurrent of mockery. “I have no
intention of harming you, I merely wanted a closer look at that lovely
face of yours.” The boy’s harsh look didn’t disappear and he started to
turn away, but before he could move he was pressed into a well-muscled
chest. Hunger burned Teepo’s body now; the pulsing throat so close to lips
was tempting.
“Feed.” Despite the boy’s
inner protests, his body responded immediately to the invitation. A soft
groan burst from his soft petal like lips as Teepo’s fangs dug into his
throat. Long elegant fingers stroked the boy’s hair as he fed from the
crimson essence spilling from the wound. The taste of the strange man’s
blood was wonderful; it spurred the young vampire to drink until he was
completely sated.
Teepo pulled back after
a moment confusion evident on his face. He struggled to find words to voice
his thoughts but the other man was already walking away.
“Wait!” He finally cried
and the half-breed stopped, and turned to look at him. “I…What is your
name?”
“Ryu.”
